Item Description: I'm posting for a co-worker who's not a "gun guy". He inherited this rifle, and isn't interested in keeping it. Yeah, I know.

He says the deceased relative never fired it.

He's not a very good photographer, but you've got to give him kudos for using an ironing board as a display table!

It's a Colt LE 6920, with Magpul flip up rear sight and a "Super Stock" collapsible buttstock.

It comes with the Colt soft cover and one Magpul magazine.

Georgia carry permit required, as he is VERY concerned about the whole act of even selling it.

Just out of curiosity- why is he so very concerned about selling it?
Is he not familiar with gun laws in GA?

No, he is not a "gun guy" and not very familiar with the relevant laws in Georgia.

I explained things to him, but he still has some trepidation, and is genuinely concerned about selling the firearm to someone who might do harm with it. I respect that.

So I told him that he could require a look at a carry permit to be confident that the person he was selling to was able to own a firearm legally.

For him it's either that or he'll just sell it to a gun store. He doesn't want to do that because he won't get as much money, but would prefer that over selling to someone without a carry permit.

Does it have the law enforcement only roll marks on the other side of the mag well? Thanks

It does not have the roll marks.
