Item Description: This is the queen of my single shot rifle herd. As I age, time to let some of the herd go. This has been a safe queen since it was given to me, as in unfired. This is a Colt-Sharps, one of 502 from research. Colt took over the Sharps Arms co, of Utah. From 1970 t0 77 500 rifles were built, a Sharps Borchardt action, hart or shilen barrel. Of the 500 the least caliber made was the 25-06, only 78. This is a presentation grade 25-06. It came with the Leupold 3x9 scope, canjar trigger, a cartridge case built in the stock, a fiberglass rifle case, cleaning kits, cleaning rod, leather sling. The foam in the case has crumbled which I feel roughed up the faux leather cleaning cases on the outside of each case. Is interesting to note that the target sent is either numbered wrong or the wrong target was sent. Rare, I think so, especially unfired except from the factory. Yes you must be legal both state and federal. 4500 dollars.
