-2x M4 Double Mag Pouches
-1x Hand Grenade Pouch
-1x 6 magazine bandoleer ammunition pouch
-1x carrier entrenching tool pouch
-1 set of elbow pads
-1 set of knee pads
All in all this vest comes setup to carry 10 AR mags plus the bandoleer pouch and you can also wear it over a plate carrier or as a stand alone chest rig.
