Caliber: Other
Willing to Ship: Yes
Bill of Sale Required?: No
Item Description: And the last of my three posts (as allowed).
I’ve got a 1952 Winchester Model 94. It was given to me by a very liberal friend who “didn’t want a dangerous object in his home”…it was his dads (who passed). Sometimes I just don’t understand people but I did buy him a soy latte for his kindness. 🤣
I guess his dad used it to hunt a lot.
From what I can glean, it is in “very good” shape based on the age and the various lever gurus sprinkled throughout the internet. If I’m totally off my rocker please let me know, I’m flexible.
Bluing is surprisingly mostly there, a couple spots of surface rust and it appears to have been tapped for a scope at some point. I do not think it is factory tapped but based on the serial number this appears to be before the factory did this ans standard unless it was custom requested. But even then I don’t know what a custom factory tap job (pre 19xxxxxx serial) looks like.
Bore looks good and I can try to snap a pic but that will require my wife’s help when she gets home.
The price is flexible and I’m open to any interesting trades 🤷🏻♂️
