Item Description: Garage Princess - 1968 Jeep CJ - Civilian Standard - 4WD - V6 - 3 Speed - 3.73 Axles - Manual Brakes - Manual Steering
As pictured - SOLID Survivor … Older restoration - possible 1990s - Body, paint, interior in excellent condition. Springs and shocks are new - 2” lift. ARE wheels, New Goodyear tires. Steering system has been upgraded to more modern manual steering box. V6 engine - headers, stainless mufflers. New fuel tank, lines, brake lines, etc.
This Jeep CJ has been well loved, and is a great driver. Folks this is not something you can expect to commute in … I do however commute to work in her - 4 miles - and drive around town. This is an ongoing - forever project - that will require love, understanding and basic mechanical knowledge. Do not expect to put your 16 year old in the Jeep and let them drive to school without some coaching. That said, this is an excellent example of a 1968 Jeep CJ … 60,000 miles on the odometer. Runs and drives, complete with Georgia registration and vintage - correct - 1968 tag. Soft top, soft doors with frames, and bikini top Included. As to be expected from a 50+ year old vehicle, it leaks a little oil, and comes with all the character you would expect from a vehicle of this age. You can get it her, turn the key and go anywhere…just plan to take your time.
