Item Description: 1998 Bobcat 863 wheel machine available.

First the bad:

• Engine needs work (probably a new one)
• It's been beat up it's entire life
• It's got wheels, not tracks
• Seat is rotted out
• Aux. hydraulics may or may not work
• leaks oil
• missing some panels

Now the Good:

• Hydraulics are awesome, very strong (when you can get the machine running)
• Several new hoses
• 1year old battery
• Tires are airless

OK, I admit it. I got too excited about owning my first bobcat and got one that needs more than I am capable of doing to it. After getting it, I realized that it was not what I needed anyway. A tractor or track machine would be much better for my needs.

Will sell as is for $4500.
Will sell with 14,000lb trailer to haul it on for $6,000.
Would like to trade for a 4wd tractor.

The last time I tried to start it I used a whole can of ether to get it going. The smoke screen was intense and it had to be kept near full throttle to keep it going.

While it was running I used it to move about 30 scoops of mulch around. That was three last time I've messed with it.
