Item Description: This is a 1943 numbers-matching Izhevsk plus 375 rds of ammo. Sale also includes complete accessory pack pictured with bayonet etc, strip clips, and both the original and upgraded butt plates. I de-cosmoed it about 3 years ago, have cycled about 300 rds since. Picked this one out of 30 for the the best looking bore. Very accurate up to medium range, sights are dead on at 50 yds. Function good for a Mosin and typical- a little clunky but goes boom. The re-arsenal varnish was in terrible condition and I stripped it. It is not refinished. Just occasional applications of linseed oil to protect the wood. All nicks, stamps and handling marks remain undisturbed. Price is firm unless I re-post at a lower price....which will also be firm and so on. So no low-ball contact please. Gun is clean, oiled and ready to shoot.
