Item Description: Got this in a trade a little while ago. Beautiful upper and a real tack driver. Only reason I am selling is due to having just built another 6.5 upper around a proof research carbon fiber barrel.
I was considering doing a barrel swap on the upper when I accepted the trade, but decided to hold off on any other AR10 projects for the moment.
-BA 22 inch heavy barrel 6.5 Creedmoor. 210 Rounds fired by previous owner. 5 by me for function check. Unlike magnum cartridges, 6.5 barrels are good for about 3000 rounds. Previous Owner Reported Sub MOA performance, easily shooting out to 1000 yards, see previous owners pictures.
-Aero Precision M5 upper
-Aero Precision Keymod Handguard. 1 screw holding the handguard was stripped by the previous owner. Can easily be fixed, but does not effect any function of the gun or accuracy.
-Griffin Armament OTB Flash Hider/Suppressor Mount.
- Superlative Arms Adjustable Gas Block
Asking $550 OBO for the upper which is considerably less than the parts combined.
Will sell as a complete upper with Aero BCG and ambi CH for $700
