Come on man..SPECIFY please...106ur is 556, description spells out 762 and 545...barrel length...the "good stuff". If somebody is considering this much money on a gun they want to know what's done to it. Not being a Richard but information is needed

Im assumeing he wanted a 5.45 or 7.62 but leetheman81 is right.
anyone who likes arsenals would know a 106 is a 5.56 so the calibers mentioned but be something he is wanting.
Looks like a 9" barrel? It looks to be threaded barrel after the M24x1.5RH threads
