Item Name: FS/FT Beretta 71
Location: Marietta
Zip Code: 30062
Item is for: Sale or Trade
Sale Price: $250 firm
Trade Value or Items Looking For: $280 small sized 22lr wheelguns (no heritage)
Caliber: 22lr
Willing to Ship: No
Bill of Sale Required?: Yes
Billing Information: Either ID/CCL/GWL. I'll draft something easy. Must be legally able to possess firearms
Item Description: -1969 Century Arms import
-Very reliable
-Accurate
-One 8 round factory mag
-I'll throw in a Clipdraw
-"Very good" condition (according to Bud's)
downsides:
-Getting the fake suppressor was a pain in the ass and I screwed up and nicked the slide and barrel on the right side at about 2:00. It can benefit from blueing.
-Parts and mags are expensive and possibly hard to find (TripleK makes mags for these for like $30 each, but I've no idea how good those are).
-The stupid "CAI" stamp on the right side is ugly
I love this gun and will probably regret getting rid of it, but I've got an itch and my wallet's tight. It melts in your hands and is a gorgeous gun. I've probably put 300 standard velocity rounds through it with 1 FTE, but that might've been caused by user error. Threads are 1/2 x 20, but make sure the threads are concentric with the bore before buying an adapter. Slide is not drilled and tapped. The Clipdraw is held on by a strong adhesive tape.
