Oh my, I have been Jones'ing for one of these for many years. A few years ago I was in Burnet Texas and stopped at a gun store and they had 3 of them on the wall same price as yours, maybe a bit more.

I wanted one since 1974 when I bought my first hunting rifle. Ended up with the Remington 700 due to price. Got this one several years ago, sighted it in when I added a scope and not fired it since. Beautiful and fantastically engineered rifle. Super smooth.

Through the years I have regarded the Colt Sauer as being in a league by itself, sure there are finer rifles, the Winchester Super Grade for instance is as fine as they come outside of custom guns but those Colts are equal to or better than the Winchester guns for build quality and fit and finish. They are just superb guns.
