Item Description: This is a nice Hesse rifle in 7.62x51. A HK 91 clone w/ 1 mag and nice strap. Don’t know much about these, but it’s clean, everything works perfect and it needs a new home so someone that will use it more than I will can get it. Prefer sale, but will listen to trade offers.

Be honest… I’m probably really low aren’t I? This was a gift to me, don’t know much about them and don’t have a need for it.

Considering Hesse's very poor reputation for almost everything they do, no the price isn't that low. BUT, if you have run it and it runs reliably, an $800-850 price tag might have been the upper end. After that, you can get a PTR for right at $1,000, and that has the benefit of HK tooling now as PTR has stepped up their game. It has been a while since any of us have seen a sub 700 working 91. glws.

Thank you, it certainly works, the family member that gifted it to me tested it yesterday. he just has 3 and decided to give me one. messing around with it...its seems really nice. I'm cool keeping it if need be

Beautiful rifle. And as said, Hesse seems to have a hit or miss reputation. That being said, this is a more than fair deal - even road trip worthy. If I didn't already have a PTR, I'd be all over this.

Yep thats right Hesse is a flip of a coin with their products but $675 is a great deal for a working example. GLWS.
