24' box, 27' overall. Selling my travel trailer. I Upgraded. electric refer/freezer. rear bath (unsure of condition/functions) front dinette that converts to a bed. I built one set of bunk beds in the hall way. Cold roof top AC. This is a good dry camper. It's perfect for a hunting club. I don't use anything except the AC and electric heaters. Its a dry/cool/warm place to sleep at the club. That's about it. Will consider trades for Jon boat with outboard, jet ski, etc... what do you have? quality firearms. O/U. I can add$ if need be.
