Item Description: I have a small hunting club in Lagrange Ga. It's off Rock Mill Rd. It's a total of 120 plus acres, 35 acres of thick hardwoods and pine over cut. This tract backs up to Corp land and West Point Lake which make for the 120 acres. A lot more around the lake if you want to bow hunt it's a lot of deer around. I have 2 large box stands and 5 other stands in place, I think 3 2 man stands.
I've cut about 2 acres of food plots and plan on doing another acres at least this summer.
The camp has electrical and a 800 sq foot newer tractor shed, plenty of room for more campers. No water on site.
I'm looking for 3 responsible hunters.. Good roads through the property. Has water on 4 sides and a creek running down the middle.
There is also ducks off the lake. I've seen a few rabbits I'm sure there are plenty in the brush if you have dogs to run. The price is 450.00 per hunter.
