It has a bayonet point, looks like an m44/T53 to me, a picture of the markings on the receiver would help sell this.

Yep, that looks like a type 53. They use side-folding bayonets, and they're always attached. Whoever took that one off did it to sporterize the rifle, because it won't fold flush on an ATI stock.
