Item Description: Norinco 213, made in PLA factory 66 with 2 magazines, beautiful condition, barely ever fired by previous owner, all matching parts. Chinese edition of Tokarev TT-33, high quality parts same as Chinese military issue.

Will travel to meet and sell face to face AT YOUR LOCAL FLL, am in northeast MS next to Alabama, dont mind driving to Georgia.

It's not that big a deal if the seller is willing to come to GA. Per ATF publication, "Best Practices: Transfers of Firearms by Private Sellers" (https://www.atf.gov/file/58681/download):

An unlicensed individual may complete a transfer to an out-of-State person through the following procedure:

  • The unlicensed individual transfers the firearm to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) located in the State of the person receiving the firearm.
  • An unlicensed individual may transfer firearms directly to FFLs operating in any State.
  • There may exist State or local laws that pertain to the transfer, including registration requirements. Contact the appropriate State agency for information regarding such requirements.
Again, nice pistol. If I didn't already have one I'd consider this.

Thanks, that's what I thought too, meeting at a local FFL should be ok was my understanding. If it sounds sketchy I can just mail to FFL too, apologies if it seems odd just wanted to offer the convenience of not waiting for it to ship.
