The stripped lower is the only thing PTAC, all other lower parts are PSA.

I can meet up in Kennesaw, Midtown Atlanta, Carrollton, or anywhere in between.

I am mostly looking to sale outright. The only trade I would be interested in is a 1911 with threaded barrel.
