Item Description: This is a damn good solid pistol caliber carbine. I have fired a Glock 19 mag of mixed ammo through it with no problems at all. This is a take down model which will come with the black Midway USA sling in the pics. It will also come with all original docs and box. It has extra spacers to adjust length of pull and an extra mag well adapter to use Ruger SR9 or Security 9 mags. I have the Glock mag adapter in it now. It also allows for right or left hand mag ejection. On top of that it allows for right or left handed charging. The bolt can be moved to either side. The only part I do not have is the factory Ruger mag which I gave to another member last year. Oh and it has a threaded muzzle with thread protector.
I THINK I want to trade this for a Kel Tec Sub2000 in 9mm that also uses Glock mags. I don't care if you have whatever gen that's threaded or not. It just needs to be the Glock mag type. I would also DEFINITELY trade for an Extar EP9. That is what I am looking for right now. I do NOT need or want to sell this Ruger but if you really want it then $550.00 is the sale price. Thanks for looking.

Dang, all y’all dissin’ the Kl-Tecs done hurt my gen1 sub2000’s feelings.
Maybe it’s the alloy frame or the fact it runs the old S&W m59 mags, but mine’s never missed a beat.
’course, I’ve only had it 20 years.

The Sub 2K is definitely lacking as far as looks go. But the folding feature and lighter weight make up for it.

One of my Sub 2ks is a fun gun for the range, never had any issues with it. (Takes the glock mags) The other is the multi mag version still NIB. No it's no PC (which I also have) but it's nice to just fold it instead of taking it apart like the PC. The only issue is the cheek soreness after shooting a couple of mags. I did put the aftermarket thin padding on it but it still isn't fun after a couple of mags.
