Item Description: Sig Sauer Romeo5 1X20mm Red Dot Optic with High-Mount Riser

Price - $80
Trade interests: Decent AR15 bolt carrier group or nice ambi-charging handle (Radian or Geissele)

I purchased a Sig MPX from Rainier Arms around two weeks back and it came with this Romeo5 optic. The optic is unused though, admittedly, I scratched the battery compartment door like a dumbass using a quarter to install the battery. I had a Romeo3 already and will be running it on the MPX. So this bad boy is up for sale or trade. No box, and docs as it came with the MPX. It does come include the Sig branded optics cover. I’m fairly certain that the riser it came with will absolute co-witness with standard height AR sights.

Here’s the details from Sig:
DETAILS
ROMEO5 compact red dot sights provide civilians and armed professionals a robust 1x aiming solution for any situation. Ultra-low parallax so point-of-aim is point-of-impact and the red dot remains parallel to the bore of your firearm, no matter what your viewing angle is relative to the optical axis of the sight. Unlimited eye-relief allows you to acquire the aiming point and the target regardless of the position of your eye behind the sight. The readily available CR2032 battery is side-loading, allowing for quick battery replacement (featuring 40,000+ hours or more of life). Dependable waterproof (IPX-7 rated for complete water immersion up to 1 atmosphere) and fog-proof performance.

FEATURES:

-2 MOA Red-Dot provides 10 illumination settings (8 daylight plus 2 NV) for visibility in all light conditions
-MOTAC™ (Motion Activated Illumination) powers up when it senses motion and powers down when it does not. Provides for optimum operational safety and enhanced 40,000+ hour battery life
-Integrated M1913 Picatinny interface provides industry-standard mounting options for a wide range of applications
-Dependable waterproof (IPX-7 rated for complete water immersion up to 1 meter) and fog-proof performance

Congrats on the mpx, you going to shoot some competitions with it?
Also, solid deal on a near new optic
Thanks. I've thought about shooting some local comps just for fun, nothing serious. I mostly just wanted a back pack gun that would be a great suppressor host for my SRD9. The MPX more than fits the bill with the Romeo-3 installed!

Try USArms. I help run a match at GA firing line (every Monday 6pm) but there's a couple of places around town that are doing similar matches on different nights of the week. Governor's does a match every other Thursday, then Sharpshooters has a match on the Thursdays they skip. Wherever you go, you'll have a bunch of fun with it. Enjoy the awesome gun!
