This model does have the manual safety. Comes with both Mags and everything included from factory in box. I have fired around 200 rounds through pistol with no malfunction. Pistol has never been holstered but does show minor barrel wear(as shown in pictures). Would accept $350 cash but really prefer to trade for a like condition full size M&P 9mm.
