If it has a detachable magazine, holds more than 10 rounds, or is semi-auto, it is part of the potential ban. Maybe we should start marking up HiPoints like people are doing with AR's and such. It'd be hilarious to see a HiPoint C9 listed at $500 and sell.

Yes all semi autos are on the liberal wish list however a new AWB would have to be in place for quite some time before the can propose something that extreme. That is why the G19 and over 900 other semiautos have been left out of all proposed bans. And yes a $500 hipoint would be just as hilarious as any other gun listed for 1/3 more than its worth.
