Thanks all! First time selling one of my firearms private like this. I know GA doesn't require registration or anything and from the research I've done we don't need to do any paperwork, other than a bill of sale. Am I right in this or am I missing something? Any tips for creating the bill of sale?

Short answer is no, I stop asking for BOS long ago. Do a search on here there are a few thread about it

Ok, I was under the assumption that a BoS would cover me should someone choose to commit a crime with the gun and the police came looking for me as an owner. Sorry for the newbie questions, but like I said this is my first time and I want to make sure I C My A.
