All have a wooden handle with leather added for grip and a vintage aesthetic.
Steel knives are katana style with a thick handle. Hardened and forged. Finish is per request:
Brass knives are camp style, molten and hardened. Finish is per request.
Note; brass is not meant for abuse as steel is, however it’s excellent for a collector piece or display and moderate use as it withstands weathering and rust pretty well. I use them in the kitchen or to carve wood. Steel is a stronger material. The katana geometry provides for a good cut, it’s also easy to sharpen the edge. I am sure you will be satisfied either way!
