It isn't too bad as long as you get a GOOD grip on it. The 45LC is about like shooting cotton balls out of a paper towel tube. I put 100 .410 through mine and didn't have any issues.

I haven't shot the gun. My dad shot 3 #8's through it the other day, he said it wasn't bad at all. That's all it's been shot. The buckshot that's missing from one of the boxes was shot out of a different gun.
