Just bought this from another member for wife's Christmas. Thought I would surprise her early but she hates it because there is no manual safety.

Get her a low end Sig P238. You can get them for $400 used and close that new sometimes.

Soft shooting, dead balls accurate, easy slide to rack and it has that manual safety. A pleasure to shoot, so more practice will occur.

Yeah it costs more, but isn't she worth it?

I'm a big fan of both the LCP and the 238. They both have their place.

LCP is best as a pocket or ankle gun, but not an enjoyable gun to shoot.
