Mesa tactical side saddle with top picatinny rail. Elzetta flashlight mount. Has a scuff towards the end of the mag tube. works as it should. Comes with around 50 rounds of 2 3/4 buckshot, couple 5 round boxes of slugs, and 100 rounds of dove/target loads
