Item Description: A PSA Dissipator AR15 upper receiver in 5.56/.223, minus the BCG and charging handle (see other listings if interested)
Specs:
-16" Freedom barrel, made from 4150V Chrome Moly Vanadium steel
-Mid-length gas system
-Uses full-length/M16 hand guards
-1:7 twist rate
-Nitrate-treated barrel

This upper has never been used, with the only changes/modifications made to it being my inclusion of a removable, mil-spec "A4"-style carrying handle/rear sight (manufactured by Windham Weaponry), which has also never been used.
