Is this a 1V? Barrel looks heavy in the pics. Do you know the year?

Based on the scope base, it appears to be a 1B. Lighter barrel than a 1V, and heaver than the 1A,
which is a slim barrel with barrel band front sight and sling swivel. 1B's are meant for shooting!
