yeah but many felons use this site to get guns. i rather deal with someone who has a carry permit (which is hard to fake) than some random guy who may have a felony and is just buying guns to resell to gang members

It’s a dealer. Individual gun sales don’t require a ccw only dealers who have a ffl. The law is you can’t KNOWINGLY sell to someone who is prohibited from owning a firearm but it is a good idea to check dl for age they do have to be 21. Also people mistakenly believe that a firearm is registered to them because they bought it from a ffl dealer. It is not unless you filled out registration paperwork and sent it in. Doing background check and gun transfer is not registering it.

Now I can show you this little paper that shows that I did buy a rifle for my 6yo daughter to shoot under my supervision, teaching her the safety and the dangers of a firearm, you can ask her what is the most dangerous gun and she will tell you an unloaded one and again she is 6. I put the word KNOWINGLY in capital letters because it is a legal sell as long as they tell you they are not a felon. Bill of sell is always a good measure too but you can sell to anyone of age as long as they tell you they are not a felon.
