I always thought it was who responded first no matter if in the thread or PM but the way things are on here these days who the hell knows.

When I sell on here, I always sell to the first responder -> whether it be PM or reply on the thread. Most like the PM to ensure the terms of buy/sell are made clear.

I think the seller actually has the final say on who gets it. We can have differing opinions on what we think is "fair"' but in the end, its the seller's property to do with as he or she chooses.

I have had a couple of "I'll take it"s posted in a thread that ended up actually being "offers". Others that were conditional on me traveling.

Oh well... Back to topic... Who's getting this incredible "deal"?

I actually hope this works out. At various times, I have jumped with those who share his moniker. They were honest, brave, and just. Please just let this be an internet/communication issue. Perhaps, as usual, I am reading WAY too much into this.

I love funny avatars and names and am amazed at the creativity and wit displayed. Yet when someone is intentional with their name, ie. vet, 101st, rc priest, or whatever, I am consciously or subconsciously assigning a trait or quality in that their moniker is our first introduction, so to speak. I guess it just rubs me the wrong way if a person is willing to use or infer an association with something (though their right) and not at least try to live up to that ideal. My opinion, my issue, my problem, my two cents and worth less.
