I hate when folks pull that crap, I've had it happen several times in the last year, but I've always politely held firm, and gotten what I had it priced at.
I've asked for, and given, price breaks a few times myself, but the time for that is while you're e-mailing and talking on the phone, NOT once you've both driven to a meet.
At that point, the understanding is that the price is what was stated in the ad, unless, of course, if the item doesn't live up to the description (as mine always do !! ).
GLWS, these are great rifles, and that's a very fair price. And I agree, a negative feedback is justified.

Had the same thing happen last week . Guy said "i'll take it . Set up a meet on his day off . exchanged phone numbers . That day came and he said he can't meet because he left his keys in his moms car. Then he said he is on a budget and ask me what my lowest price is . I said the price we agreed upon . he said he changed his mind POS. I told him it doesn't surprise me with his feedback score . he said it is great . He had 1 NEG for the same thing . Lesson learned not to play with a little "Boy". I was even going to drive to Acworth to bring it to him .
