If odt prices seem high there are a number of bulk ammo websites, Google 7.62x39 bulk ammo and 6 or 8 will pop up. Heck, make an offer if you find some on ODT, that caliber is not hard to find at least for now. Trying to help you out.

sir, since you are new here, let me assist. nothing on this website that comes up for sale is priced based upon reality. used guns are more than new guns, ammo for sale is almost always more than you can buy it for shipped, to your door. used take off parts are double what they should be. glocks, no matter what kind are 500 bucks... just because.

Best to check slick guns or ammo seek, or something like that. the few times a deal does pop up here, the conga line of schmucks comes rushing in and 50 people jump "in line" to "take it" in a matter of seconds. (see the 55 dollar lower in the rifle section thread going on now), just to save 30-40 bucks.

those skyjacker defense lowers people are spooning on about in the rifle thread were available at gun shows for 75 bucks. they were blems. i bought a few.
