I have given some serious thought on what would be the easiest, most efficient way to get rid of 20+ years of stuff from 2 kids, ex wife, and 2 mom's. Renting a dumpster wins.

I was thinking that for all of the free stuff, but it’s the holidays and one persons trash is another’s treasure.
Ken Ford , Gunanddoglover I’d bet if you took pics of random stuff and posted it, not only would it get picked up and used for a few more years, but in return, you’ll save money and time from renting that dumpster and you now have a free weekend that you didn’t have before. I have no family in Georgia, already donated and gave a way a boatload of crap. I tried giving away stuff left over from my mom's estate sale, no good deed goes unpunished. It will take more than a weekend to take and post pictures of the junk and I don't have the patience for the BS. But hey I like your positive attitude. You're a good man.

I appreciate that, I try. But you’re also not wrong about those good deeds. Roses come with thorns, and BJs with teeth, it’s all give and take. Lol at least you’ve driven it a try before you decided you don’t want to anymore, that’s the part that matters.
For the 7 people that came by to get every item I had to offer, I had 14 people blow me off. It only bothers me when I don’t get a heads up, but I planned it around my schedule so that it wasn’t an inconvenience. It was definitely a little time consuming, but well worth it. Especially with the holidays coming up, less money on needs leaves a little more for wants!
