I had 'Liability ' forms printed out for all sites , even then nobody wants to sign anything these days .

Nobody trusts their own family let alone a stranger .

I'm also in acworth I work in the construction industry most developers are not going to let anyone detect cause they see it as a lawsuit waiting to happen
