Item Description: Wow, a bunch of springers for sale on the board right now, but Ill put mine out there anyway and see if anyone is interested.
This is a SS Mil Spec, I purchased it new 7 months ago. As you can see in the pictures, it is an NM S/N. Assembled in the US and has a one piece barrel, forged frame and slide. Its been my primary range/ competition gun since I got it. It has been 100% reliable (1500ish rounds). Very, very accurate and just a real pleasure to shoot.
Its a mild custom. Here is the break down:
-EGW oversized firing pin stop, hand fit to the pistol.
-Wilson Combat Match Trigger
-Wolff Sear and Hammer Springs
-Stainless ambi-safety (from springfield). Standard safety also included...
-Fusion 25 lpi Main Spring housing and Removable magwell
-Trigger Job, 2.5 lb Super crisp trigger!!! one of the sweetest you are likely to shoot. (NOTE: if you prefer a heavier 4+ LB trigger, you or your favorite smith should have no trouble setting it wherever you want).
Includes all the take off parts so you can take it back to bone stock if you want. I will include 2 mags, one 7 round (stock mag with a Tripp reaserch spring and follower kit) and one 8 round ACT mag. Box/ Papers/ holster included.
I really like this gun, Im a bit of a 1911 addict, Ive got 3 right now and just put a down payment on a Colt Commander and need to find a way to pay for it. So unfortunatly the Mil Spec has to go. Looking for CASH sale. Sorry, no trades on this one. Ive got around $800 in it, so I think the price is pretty fair.
Buyer must be a GA resident and be legally elligable to own a handgun.

EDIT: Ive had several PMs from guys asking what these cost new. Budsgunshop is out of stock, but their price to reserve one is $681. Bullseye in Lawrenceville gets these in every now and then and they sell for $679+tax. This is why Ive got $800 in the gun. Darn near $700 out the door plus upgrades listed. Of course prices vary, and you may be able to find one for less, if you do, grab it! you wont be sorry, they are fantastic guns.
