Any idea of the throat and muzzle wear readings? Was it on the CMP tag that came with it? If not and you don’t have guages, how far does a 30-06 round go into the muzzle?

The only thing that hinted at it being from CMP was that it came in the CMP rifle case. No tags or anything. It really does have an excellent bore that I can't really capture in picture with my potato phone. But here's an attached photo of S&B 30-06 hanging out of the muzzle

Up for grabs is a 3-43 Remington 03A3 seems most parts have remington proof marks (I haven't noticed any other mixed arsenal markings on it) everything's parkerized except some screws, trigger, rear sight assembly and extractor claw being blued - I suppose from refurbishment. Has a nice consistent looking metal finish overall without a spec of rust. The place with the most wear is the butt-plate of course. I believe this one came from the CMP once upon a time. (I bought it in a CMP rifle case at least) Has 4 lands / 4 grooves rifling in the barrel. Excellent looking bore. Now the elephant in the room; the only thing missing is the front sight blade & pin- readily available and affordable online. I just have way too many projects and never got around to it. It is in beautiful mechanical condition and all components function well + has a nice, clean, not too heavy trigger pull for what it is. The stock was at some point refinished. There is still a faint Remington Arms stamp on the left side of the stock. Comes with CMP hard case and 60 rds of ammo. 40 ct Federal Premium and 20 ct S&B. Just trying to fund another purchase. Firm on the price. Willing to meet you in the middle within a reasonable distance. Thanks!
