Item Description: This is a pre-safety Marlin model 336 30-30.
It has a 4x32 Simmons scope with over/under scope rings and a sling on it.
Being a pre-safety, it is obviously JM stamped.
This would make a great deer/hog rifle for someone wanting a classic Marlin from back when they were made right.

The beauty of this particular example of the AR of the 19th and early 20th century is that it has a 4-power scope. There is not an animal or shot in any reasonable Georgia hunting situation that this rifle cannot execute. If you have to own only one rifle, this is it. If you own five, this should be one of them.
