The upper receiver is “F splintered A (Anchor Harvey forge) which is usually associated with FN. I think I got this from either Brownells or Midway awhile ago. The barrel is not chrome lined as far as I can tell. If my brain is correct - and often I am told it is not by someone close to me - I removed the Handguards and crappy railed gas block and reconfigured it as a free float rail upper.
