Can this land be shot on

I had a short range on it about 25 yards. The neighbor also has a short range with hanging steel plates. There are houses North, South and East so downrange would have to be toward the west. The County has a shooting range near the entrance to the County Recreational Center but it's mostly used by the Sheriff's Deputies and local police. Forest service has an unsupervised range across the state line in Tennessee. My Son shoots there. I shoot in my back yard.
