These vehicles were manufactured in Japan to be used as commercial delivery vehicles They are fitted with heavy duty rear suspension from the Toyota pickups that is rated to carry up to 400KGS or 900 LBS. The seat fold down flat allowing it to carry huge volumes of cargo.
They also have heavy duty brakes and cooling.
Part of the package was fitting with the most efficient drivetrain a 4 cyl,gas engine and manual transmission rated at 40mpg.
