Item Description: Up for sale is a highly-collectible no longer produced Benchmade Balisong 259 from the mid 1990s. This knife features a 4 and 1/8" 400 high carbon blade with ZAMAK handles. This was produced at the height of Benchmade's Balisong line and these often sell for $300+. You'll note the original pins from the hand-assembly at Benchmade's factory. I had this professionally sharpened as they don't come with a good edge. With some time on a stone you could get this extremely sharp. I'm including an after-market sheath that allows for horizontal or vertical carry. This was my everyday carry for a few years (note light scratches on the blade, if you'd like to return it to factory condition they can be buffed and polished out)but has spent 20 years in a drawer.
