Lots of requests for the same info, so here it is...
Serial ends RP153 which means this is a type 2 Citori produced in 1978. It is a field/sporter model with a long tang (long trigger guard piece wraps the front of the curved grip portion behind the trigger) New wood is available for this model in limited quanities, but that is not an issue with this gun at all. Mechanical parts a readily available since they are the same as the current production. Also no an issue with this particular gun because it functions perfectly.
