Item Description: Chilean Mauser 1895 converted to 7.62x51 Nato by Germany when Chile moved to the 7.62 caliber in the early 1960's. Non-matching numbers. Bore is excellent, stock has not cracks, but plenty of dents and dings. Bluing is very good and very minimal pitting.
Shooting 308 NOT recommended.
