It's not stupid at all...they are great shooters, especially with a real stock instead of the boat anchor they had to have when imported as "hunting" rifles...

The Republic of Korea (ROK) Army uses these. Since they are an ally to the US this rifle was designed where the two countries could work together, share ammo and mags against N. Korea should it go down. I've shot them as a weapons familiarization course, it was more accurate than our M16A2, has a very similar feel, and slightly better ergonomics. I enjoyed it.
