F2F sale will be at the police station in Emerson GA only. I must have a copy of your Georgia Gun License and Georgia Drivers license as well as be able to see the originals. If you do not have a Georgia Gun License a background check at my FFL dealer in Cartersville is required and we will meet there. You must be able to purchase a firearm legally and prove it or we cannot do business.
I will ship but UPS/FedEx will nick you around $100.00 or more and it must be shipped to a FFL dealer within Georgia. No out of state shipping. Buyer pays all actual shipping costs. It will only ship overnight. I would require a copy of your drivers license, a Cashiers Check from a bank with offices no more than ten miles from Emerson GA and, if being shipped, a signed copy of the FFL license. The gun is to be shipped to the address on the FFL only.
