Finish and bore are in great condition. 1931 manufacture but does have the later bakelite grips instead of the wooden grips. Hammer is still fully intact and the revolver works fine in double and single action. Comes with a canvas holster.

Yeah it’s also called .38 short, not interchangeable with 38 special you will essentially have a grenade in your hand if you try it. Pretty easy to reload and manufactured ammo is kinda pricey but if you’re used to shooting most magnum revolvers it’s about on par with everything else price wise
