so you want him to bring the gun all the way to you and the price is already a deal.. why not ask if he would meet halfway?
Isn't firearms sales outside of seller's state's require the transaction to go through an FFL? Individual sale would be illegal right? Just sayin'.
im not sure about all that.. i think as long as he sales it in ga it will be ok.. maybe im not sure
If the buyer is from out of state and not a resident of Georgia, the transfer MUST be through a FFL.
In this case, since it is a long gun, the FFL can be in GA or the buyer's home state. If this were a handgun, the FFL must be in the buyer's home state.
This is all assuming that the transaction is legal in both states to begin with.

All FDE SCARs are 4 different colors.
I am not selling the rifle to anyone out of state on a ftf sale. Any transaction that takes place will be within the rules or it will not happen. I simply just answered his question. Now someone from Georgia buy the rifle. The LWRC bug is biting the crap out of me. As for the color its hard to find one that matches perfect, not unless you can find a black one. It gives it character!!!!!!!
