Up for sale is a beautiful and complete 1973 Smith & Wesson Model 43, a rare find in this condition and with all original accessories. This is the 6-shot, alloy-frame .22LR "Airweight" revolver, part of the J-frame series, and it's getting harder to find complete examples like this.
🔹 Condition: Excellent overall with only light handling marks. The bluing is deep and even, and the alloy frame is in great shape.
🔹 Barrel: 3.5" pinned barrel.
🔹 Grips: Factory walnut grips with correct checkering and S&W medallions numbered to the revolver.
🔹 Mechanically: Locks up tight and times perfectly—functions as it should.

Includes:
  • Original blue S&W box (correctly numbered to the gun)
  • Factory tools
  • Original wax vapor paper
  • Manual
This is a collector-grade piece and a perfect addition to any vintage Smith & Wesson collection. Whether you're a J-frame fan, a .22LR shooter, or just appreciate classic revolvers, this one checks all the boxes.

I'm parting with this beauty as I’m downsizing my collection due to my infant Son.

Must be willing to meet in Athens, GA, as I do not have time in my schedule with my Son to travel. I am happy to ship it if you cannot travel

What you see pictured is what is included with the sale

Please get in touch with me through PM if you are interested or have any questions.

Thanks for looking, and stay safe!!

Pictures on this one really do not do her justice! She looks better in person!!

Have not seen one in that pristine condition in a LONG time. Absolutely gorgeous !!

I have one that was made before model numbers. Dates to 1956. It is probably the ideal 'kit gun' - light weight, easy to forget you have it on you, and totally reliable.
