I have a .243 Short Action I don't get much use out of anymore. About 4 boxes of shells out of it & shoots like a dream. Let me know if interested.

what kind of rifle is the 243 what else do you have to trade on

It's a Stevens Vista XP Short Action model w/BSA 3X9X40 Scope. Good flat shooting rifle..I use 100gr Winchester Super X through it when deer hunting. Farthest I had 1 run was 30yrds. Most dropped where they were. Usually hunt thicket & saplings but seen it drop a doe with neck shot @ 300yrds. Though I wouldn't recommend it unless you're an above average shooter.

Other then shooting a few rounds in the woods outback to see if scope was still on its been put up in case in the closet. Haven't been able to deer hunt last 2 years. Still looks brand new though. Looking for something to compliment my 10/22 & to have fun with
