Got these with my 5-20 Vortex Razor in trade.....went with a spuhr mount instead of rings so don't need them. They appear to be brand new. The bolts don't even have tool marks on them. Didn't come with packaging so I'm not sure what height they are. Fairly low though, so definitely more fitted for a bolt gun. Tried looking up the marking on the bottom but can't find Vortex part numbers anywhere online to check height.
